Five Reasons why Facebook Bought Whatsapp within 11days of talking.

We figured Five certain features Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg saw in Whatsapp that thrills them to buying the company:

1) Whatsapp makes money by charging users a subscription fee of $1 per year, though it offers a free one year subscription first.

Re: If you ask me that's cheap, but that's what makes it awesome!

2) WhatsApp has more than 450 million monthly users and is popular with people looking to avoid text messaging charges.

Re: Who wouldn't like to cut cost on almost everything?

3) Whatapp claims 1million new Signups daily(Hehehe).

Re: I'm a bit sarcastic about this statics, which means third quarter this year(2014) Whatsapp might reach a billion users globally (since we now have Facebook connect? 50% in disagreement tho.

4) Whatsapp is more popular overseas than in America where it originates from.

Re: Yea I totally agree, In countries like South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Benin(just to mention a few) Whatsapp Rocks!

5) Whatsapp is mainly used by the youth Across the world.

Re: Well this could be true based on the enthusiasm of young ones driving through the modern day Technology.

Anyways Whatsapp will still remain as a messaging app but it could go more socially than it is(or boring than we expect).

Now considering the fact that WhatsApp has around 50 employees in total, makes sense seriously. A notable statement from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg described WhatsApp's services as "incredibly valuable".
