First of all i came across a trouble on this and i found the solution so i wanna share it to those who dunno the logic.
Short Story:
I was trying to blog from my iPhone 5s and suddenly i mistaken Select All and Cleared the whole post i just wrote. So i followed the steps below.
Shake your iPhone/iPad.
A mini screen should POP-UP as seen in the image below...
To Redo or revert back to the updated text, shake your iPhone again... See image below...
And that's how to UNDO a Text Deleted on iPhone/iPad.
